Huilai Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, design, production and sales. The factory covers an area of 11,000 square meters, has 20 production lines, and 210 employees. We have two factories , one is in Shenzhen and the other one is in Dongguan .The company mainly produces two categories of products, electronic cigarettes vape pen and cooling & heating thermostatic products. The monthly production capacity of products is 1,500,000 pcs, and the annual sales are more than 200 million usd.
In February 2013, the company fully introduced UF ERP logistics system management and OA office automation system;
In May 2013, it officially became the inspection-free supplier of OPPO power bank supply ;
In August 2013, it officially became the supplier of mobile power bank for "Meizu"
In 2016:Shenzhen InterEar Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established to be responsible for domestic and foreign sales of products.
In September 2018, the company formally established an e-cigarette R&D team and developed three classic and popular E-cigarettes.We have three e-cigarette brands,they are interear ,RIXE ,UPAI.
In 2020 , Huilai won the title of National High-tech Enterprise

Affected by government policies and supply chain and labor costs, we set up a special e-cigarette production factory in Dongguan in 2021.
we have engineers and factory managers who all have more than 10 years of e-cigarette experience ,we do OEMs for many brands, and also have our own e-cigarette brand RIXE .We use top brand e-liquid Hangsen, Zinwin and feellife , use the best quality battery pure cobalt level A battery , we can customize flavors based on customer's requirements and assemble semi-finished products for customer to fill their e liquid .
